Please read the following carefully as your purchase or use of our product(s) implies that you have read and accepted our Terms and Conditions. (We reserve the right to change or modify current Terms and Conditions with no prior notice.) Carefully read, review and be sure you understand our Terms and Conditions prior to downloading or using any of the materials or products from autify.co.uk You should carefully read all of our terms and conditions as your purchase or use of any Autify Digital Ltd product(s) or services and use of this website and any materials or products available herein identifies that you agree to the following Terms and Conditions and that you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions accordingly. If you do not agree to these terms then you should leave this website immediately, not use any of the materials or products available herein, and/or not subscribe to this service.
1. Limitation Of Liability
Under no circumstances shall Autify Digital Ltd be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, loss of data or profit, arising out of the use, or the inability to use, the materials or plugins on this site, even if Autify Digital Ltd or an authorized representative has been advised of the possibility of such damages. If your use of materials or plugins from this site results in the need for servicing, repair or correction of equipment or data, you assume any costs thereof.
2. Warranty
Plugins sold and distributed by Autify Digital Ltd are done so in the hope that they will be useful, but without any warranty; without even the implied warranty of MERCHANTABILITY or FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. All Autify Digital Ltd products are guaranteed to function on a clean install of the minimum, stable and required version of WordPress, WooCommerce, Shopify, and Magento. Because the number and variety of plugins is vast and wide, we do not guarantee that the product will function with all third-party plugins, themes or browsers of any kind. We do not assume responsibility and will not be held responsible for any conflicts or compatibility issues that may occur due to third-party software. We assume no responsibility for any data loss as a result of installing or using an Autify Digital Ltd product. Should conflicts occur with third-party software, we may provide support at our discretion.
3. Support
Autify Digital Ltd sells and distributes our products “as is” and with no implied meaning that they will function exactly as you would like, or that they will be compatible with all third-party components and plugins.
Support for products sold and distributed by Autify Digital Ltd is only available for those who have an active, paid extension license attached to a domain.
For yearly licences, support and updates are granted for one year after the original purchase based on the license you have purchased. After one year is completed, the purchaser must renew their license in order to continue receiving support and updates for the products purchased. For purchases that include an automatically renewing subscription (paid monthly or yearly), support and updates will be provided for as long as the subscription remains active. Support and updates for our products are provided as long as said product is still actively in development. Should any one of the following occur, Autify Digital Ltd will no longer be responsible for providing support for said product:
- The product is no longer actively developed as a viable product by Autify Digital Ltd.
- Autify Digital Ltd is purchased or bought out by another company.
- WordPress is no longer actively developed.
- WooCommerce is no longer actively developed.
- Shopify is no longer actively developed.
- Magento is no longer actively developed.
What’s not included in support
We will NOT provide any of the following for users:
- Customisation services or any other custom work
- CMS support – Such as WordPress general support (please use wordpress.org forums for that)
- Themes’ modifications and customisations
- Third-party plugins’ integrations
- Server diagnostics, maintenance or any other server related service
- Any other things that are not related to our products directly
Support hours
Our official support hours are between 9AM and 5PM (GMT – UK time) Monday – Friday.
Whilst we attempt to provide the best support possible for our products, we do not guarantee that any particular support query can, or will, be answered to the extent, or within a timeframe, that the inquirer is completely satisfied.
4. Automatic Updates
Automatic updates are available to license holders who have an active and valid subscription (where applicable).
Automatic updates are available for all Autify Digital Ltd products purchased via the Autify Digital Ltd website.
5. Plugin Delivery
After we have processed your payment successfully, you will receive an email with your order number and other purchase information.
Your licence key and download link will also be available via email.
Should you not receive an email containing your information, you can contact us through our support page to request your purchase information.
6. Ownership
All products are the property of Autify Digital Ltd. Claiming any type of intellectual or exclusive ownership rights of our products is strictly prohibited.
Our products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, expressed or implied. We shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or losses that occur due to the use or inability to use our products.
Access to re-download purchased files will be granted so long as your licence key is valid. If a license key expires, download access to the associated files will be discontinued until such time as the license key is renewed.
7. Website & Product Content
All content found on this site and throughout the purchased product files, including images, documentation, support queries and any other information, is the property of Autify Digital Ltd and may not be redistributed without permission or consent.
8. Product Description(s)
Autify Digital Ltd does not warrant that product description(s) or other content on this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free
9. Price Changes
Autify Digital Ltd reserves the right to modify, change, cancel or upgrade a product subscription and/or license key without prior notice or consent. Prices of all products are subject to change without prior notice or consent.
10. Exchange Policy
Due to the digital nature of our product(s) and immediate delivery via email, download link, we do not exchange products.
It is the customer’s responsibility to purchase the correct product. Autify Digital Ltd LTD will not exchange/swap your plugin for another plugin or refund.
*One exception: If you realise you have purchased the incorrect product(s) and you contact Autify Digital Ltd before the product(s) is downloaded, we can change the plugin to the correct one or refund you. Autify Digital Ltd can assess whether the product(s) has been downloaded from your account.
11. Refund Policy
We firmly believe in and stand behind our products 100%, but we understand that it cannot work perfectly for everyone all of the time. If you are unhappy with your purchase, or you have an issue that we are unable to resolve, we will be happy to consider offering a refund. Refunds will be offered at our sole discretion and must meet all of the following
conditions fully:
- You are within the first 14 days of the purchase of the plugin.
- Your issue(s) comes from not being able to install the product properly or get the product to perform its basic functions.
- You have attempted to resolve your issue(s) with our support team.
- No refunds will be granted after the first 14 days of the original purchase whatsoever.
- Issues caused by 3rd party plugins, themes or other software will not provide grounds for a refund.
By purchasing product(s) from our site, you agree to this refund policy and relinquish any rights to subject it to any questions, judgment or legal actions.
Refunds do not apply to product upgrades or annual renewals.
Refunds will not be granted if a user simply decides not to use the purchased products and services. We stand behind our products and will assist you in solving any problem you have, but we also expect you to adequately understand what you are purchasing and why

Autify Digital Ltd may occasionally send you emails related to the purchase of product(s) from our company. We may also send you occasional email newsletters relating to Autify Digital Ltd updates, promotions, and the like. We will never sell or release your email to any third party vendors. You may opt out of these emails at any time without penalty.
13. Trademarks
All product names, trademarks, registered trademarks and logos the are property of their respective owners. All company, product and service names used in this website/products are for identification purposes only. Use of these names, trademarks and brands does not imply endorsement.
14. Discount/Promotional/Coupons
Discounts/Promotional/Coupons are valid for the first year on new purchases, upgrades, & early renewals – product subscription renews at regular price after the first year. Offers are not valid in conjunction with other promotions.
15. Severability
If any part of this agreement is declared unenforceable or invalid, all remaining clauses in this agreement shall remain binding on the customer.
16. Publicity & References
We may publicly disclose that we are providing services to you/you are using one or more of our plugins and may use your name and logo to identify you as our customer in promotional materials, including press releases and case studies, white papers, event materials, presentations, published media, website content and earnings calls, in all media, now known or which shall become known in the future.
