The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective paid media strategies to increase ROI and manage client budget effectively. Someone with a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.


  • Manage the optimisation of ongoing client campaigns, ensuring deadlines and KPIs are met
  • Manage the budgets of the accounts you work on and oversee
  • Report regularly on paid search campaigns to the Account Manager and clients
  • Stay up to date with platform and industry changes, updating strategies in line with your analysis and observations
  • Analysis of marketing campaigns to determine available growth opportunities
  • Create the vision for the brand and set the strategy, measures, and budgets accordingly
  • Manage effective engaging multi-channel campaigns to amplify the brand reach, drive sales and deepen our consumer engagement
  • Developing and managing the Digital Marketing strategy, across all paid media channels and improve and optimise the customer experience and improving conversation rates
  • Plan and execute full funnel marketing campaigns working with Brand Management, Digital, SEM, SEO, and other channels
  • Developing the brand, key propositions and increasing brand awareness
  • Researching and analysing market trends and competitors
  • Deliver daily, weekly and monthly reports on key metrics and KPIs, recommending improvements where appropriate

What we are looking for

  • Paid search channel expert, highly skilled in native and 3rd Party Paid Search Platforms including Google Ads, Google Shopping, GA4, GTM and Paid Social
  • A minimum of four years experience in managing Google Ads and multichannel paid media campaigns.
  • Previous experiences in an agency environment would be preferable but not essential.
  • Passionate about Paid Search and curious, has awareness of the latest platform and channel developments
  • Attention to detail, with the ability to audit paid search accounts and clearly articulate rationale for proposed recommendations/changes
  • Feed management experience is essential
  • Hands-on experience in campaign creation, tracking, tagging, testing and analytics.
  • Strong forecasting and budget management skills with data-backed decision-making
  • Has experience in managing large search budgets. Enjoy educating local teams and clients about how optimising campaigns to drive search efforts
  • Pushes for high standards with a desire to deliver best in class work
  • Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English for ad copy
  • Ability to provide and recommend strong creative briefs

Salary – Up to £40,000 DOE
Schedule – Monday to Friday
