Become a Lloyds™ Merchant with this Checklist
Whether you’re looking to switch from your current online payment provider, or you’re new to accepting payments online, we understand that it’s a complex field to navigate.
Here’s a list of things to consider before choosing Lloyds for your online payment gateway – no hard sell, just an informative checklist and the information you need to make a decision!
About Lloyds as an acquirer
Lloyds is a trusted multi-channel acquirer that allows businesses to accept payments in-person and online. Their online payment gateway solution supports all major debit and credit cards, as well as digital wallets (ApplePay & GooglePay), with built-in 3DS fraud protection and PCI DSS compliance, taking some of that stress away from merchants.
Accepting online payments
For online payments, merchants need a way to connect their Lloyds payment gateway with their website, this is where a payment plugin comes in. Payment plugins enable a business’ payment gateway to talk to their website allowing a customer to make a payment securely and effortlessly. Autify Digital has built a number of payment gateway solutions that work with Lloyds. These include plugins compatible with WooCommerce, WordPress, Magento, Drupal, OpenCart and PrestaShop.
So, if you’re considering choosing Lloyds as your acquirer, here’s what you need to consider to get started.
